halloween

Our digital card reader took a tumble but is now back in business. I will take some updated pics soon.
Here are a few from Halloween. As you can see, Dylan was a devil, and Ross was...Ross.

toad in the hole

Ross made Dylan a "toad in the hole" and he loved it. I tried to get him to pose with me, but he was much more interested in turning his truck upside down. I don't know where he gets that! :)

im so happy

dylan is a serious little guy! we are not sure how the snake got in the bath--but I am worried that after seeing it Dita will never talk to me again!!! I made Dylan some jello jigglers and he loved them almost as much as he loves his rubber duckie, which is what he is clutching in the last picture. this kid is awesome!!

October is the best month

Last year we(ok, ME) decided that Halloween is too much fun for just one day. So, every Friday of October Dylan is to wear something spooky! Here he is modeling his Little Devil outfit. Earlier this day he was an ANGEL at the doctor while receiving several shots, so I wished I could change the title and color. But all the clinic staff loved the outfit, especially the tail!
Here is Dylan taking on his arch nemesis: the empty diaper box. That is right, he is using a pancake turner to attack said box. Notably, it has been retired to the recyling bin.

Dylan has started kissing us--looks like he is even closing his eyes! he liked helping Ross put together the new stroller!

ps-the Rocky Top shirt is for Louge and Duane--Congrats on cleaning up at the 1/2 marathon in Tahoe!!!! Duane won the whole thing, and Louge got 2nd for the women!!!

boys weekend

in between dancing to "sexy back" and throwing tantrums at QFC, Dylan and Ross had a fun weekend while I was in Desert Aire for Girls Weekend. I'm pretty sure that is NOT a blizzard in the cup....

Im not sure. Daddy was there to give him a high-five and he even tasted the sand with his tongue.
There is probably nothing better to a 14 month old than a huge expanse of open space

we're back

sorry we have been MIA, but we've been out having fun:) Here is Dylan visiting his cousin Ronnie at her new house in Kennewick, playing in the rocks. He was right at home.
Left to his own devices, Dylan tries to play with all the kitchen utensils by easily blending into the countertops. This looks like the work of GrammyNina...
Dylan and his "BFF" Lukas finally met up in late August--they even tried to pass as twins!
Here is a good picture of Dylan, myself, Dita and Lukas. Dylan looks mangry at Dita, and Lukas looks like he just wants to get out of there!! I guess we shouldn't have waited until just before bedtime to take a picture. I miss Dita a lot, so it was extra special to get to see her and her little guy!

This is the infamous layout boat--Gramps, Uncle Ryan and Daddy's new favorite hunting item.
Here it is in the pool--Dylan's favorite new pool toy!! He had hours of fun with Ross in there-I have a feeling we won't be able to keep him out of it this August!!

Dylan likes to eat his Ritz crackers with cheese:) and sometimes Daddy gives him Slurpee on a hot summer day...

so Dylan loves yogurt-esp yogurt smoothies. He mostly gets them homemade, but sometimes we give him a sip from the individual drinkable ones, from the lid. nothing cuter than the baby milk, or in this case, yogurt mustashe!!!

King D

Ross was trying to hide Dylan in the yellow-colored fruits. The straw is just my way of reasoning with him during a Sunday grocery hunt.
