Cody is 11 months old today.
Dylan likes that his smile makes him look like a jack-o-lantern.
He pushes balls and cars/transformers around the carpet when he is not busy escaping into the bathroom (if the door is ajar) or shoving handfuls of potting soil in his mouth.

Today at the park Dylan got our camera out of the stroller and asked that I take a picture of him and Cody on the slide to show Daddy later.
It seems that my camera shy toddler is having an Oprah full-circle moment and loves the camera once again.

I woke up from a nap yesterday and noticed that Cody had a small tattoo on his leg that said "I'm Cody" courtesy of Ross. Dylan wanted one, too, and if you look closely at the bottom picture, you can see both.

I take a lot of pictures around here. I am pretty sure I subjected Dylan to these when he was young and I had a lot more time to take pictures because he didn't have a 3 year old big brother.
Cody continues to be the coolest, most chill little guy on the planet.
Next time I hope he smiles for the camera!

Some of you may already know this, but Dylan is really into black holes right now. I challenge anyone to attempt explaining the universe to a 3 1/2 year old. I also blame the Twilight soundtrack, or more appropriately, the band Muse (Super Massive Black Hole). At least he has good taste in music. (scroll down to see the music player for more Dylan inspired treats)
All of this explains the new NASA pic of the day as inspired by Dylan.
His goal is not only to become a pilot/astronaut, but to fly everyone with him up into space to check things out at "the black hole".
